You discover Johnny Longnose...

 at his lowest, when he stumbles into a local paint shop.

Behind the counter is an older woman named Nana who looks at Johnny as if she's been waiting for him all day. Nana's smile is soft and kind and she recognizes the pain in Johnny's eyes, so she offers him a seat and a cup of saffron tea. Johnny pours his heart out to her about how his home was destroyed by "The Storm of the Century”.

Nana listened and listened and when Johnny was done he was breathing heavy with tears in his eyes.

Nana then tells Johnny a story. The story of: 

The Fish That Climbed A Tree.

Because of this, Johnny is inspired to keep going when things get hard.

When he wants to give up, he remembers the mantra:

"fish climbs tree, fish climbs tree, fish climbs tree"
